What you can expect from us:
1. Design and implement a forward-looking global portfolio strategy characterized by innovation and market potential
2. Conduct continuous analyses of the product portfolio and optimize it to identify new growth opportunities and strategic market and merger possibilities
3. Manage portfolio performance through sound, data-driven decisions
4. Lead international strategic projects in cooperation with the Management, ensuring high visibility and strategic relevance
5. Monitor global market trends and derive well-founded strategic recommendations
6. Maintain cross-team roadmaps, to enable up-to-date reporting to Management
7. Support the portfolio management process and contribute to informed decision-making
8. Contribute to documentation, business cases, and prepare key reports for internal stakeholders
What we would like from you:
9. Qualification: Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
10. Expertise & Know-how: Several years of experience, ideally in product or portfolio management in the software or insurance industry
11. Technical Focus: Experience in implementing software solutions, ideally in the insurance sector
12. Personality & Work Style: Strategic an analytical thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to independently lead project, international experience, and intercultural competencies
13. Experience with Management Reporting: Ability to prepare structured reports and business cases to support strategic decisions
14. Language: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
15. Nice-to-have: Occasional willingness to travel for projects; ideally, you can also communicate in Spanish
