Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations of the home in line with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted expectations.
* Recruit, train, and inspire a skilled and compassionate care team.
* Embed trauma-informed and child-focused practices into all aspects of care.
* Maintain safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
* Build strong working relationships with local authorities and key partners.
* Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the service.

What You Bring
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) – Essential
* Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a children's residential setting
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and Ofsted standards
* Excellent leadership, safeguarding, and partnership-working skills
* Passion, resilience, and commitment to making a difference

* On-call duties shared on a rota
