Overview
Project Manager – Harlow (1 day office-based) + London sites (4 days per week) • £45,000 + Commission + Company Vehicle
We are working with a growing and well-established business within security and infrastructure projects, who are looking to bring in a Project Manager to support ongoing and new installations across London and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role managing multiple projects from initial planning through to completion, working closely with engineers, contractors and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Managing projects from start to finish (planning through to handover)
* Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple sites
* Leading project meetings with clients and internal teams
* Managing schedules, resources and day-to-day project activity
* Tracking progress, resolving issues and keeping projects on time and within budget
* Producing and maintaining project documentation (including RAMS)
* Being on-site regularly to oversee works and ensure quality delivery
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Project Manager or Project Coordinator role
* Strong experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
* Confident coordinating teams, contractors and site activity
* Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable being on-site across London the majority of the week
Desirable
* Exposure to security, CCTV or access control systems
* Background within construction, facilities, or installation environments
* Relevant project management qualifications (PRINCE2 or similar)
