Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. With opportunities for career development, JD Group is ideal for motivated individuals eager to progress and develop professionally.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they have a positive experience, and understanding our customer service measurement program.
2. Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering our full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
3. Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays are organized per brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations by assisting in other departments as needed, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
5. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and ensure shelves are well-organized and appealing.
8. Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
9. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs:
1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales targets.
2. Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
