 
        
        We are looking for a talented and highly motivated CHEF DE PARTIE to join our OYSTER BAR KITCHEN TEAM, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and service, and supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in daily operations., Key responsibilities: food preparation, cooking and presentation, managing portion and waste control, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of workstation and kitchen, adherence to food safety, quality and hygiene standards; co-ordinate with other sections for smooth kitchen operations, contribute to menu development, participate with stock rotation, control and inventory; plus assist with deliveries, ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
The successful applicant needs to have: proven culinary skills, together with experience working with fish and seafood; a passion for personal development and creating new dishes; the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail; have an understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices; strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively, plus excellent communication and teamwork skills.
28 days holiday per annum (pro-rata); increasing with length of service.
