About the Role The Facilities & EHS Manager plays a central role in ensuring that our workplaces are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. This position oversees facilities operations, environmental health and safety programs, and physical security for our EMEA locations supporting 500 employees. Management and supervisory professionals with one or more employees who are focused on tactical, operational and some strategic activities within a specified area. Levels within the management career stream typically have six or more direct reports. The majority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility, managing performance, developing talent, engagement and inclusion, communicating business and operational developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of direct reports. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports. A key responsibility of roles in this career stream is managing people, which includes accountability for mentoring, developing and coaching staff on meeting/exceeding performance expectations and defined objectives, providing leadership to staff ensuring the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives, defining performance goals and targets, conducting performance reviews, and staff 1:1s to guide performance management and employee development efforts and manage toward departmental goals. Key Responsibilities: Facility Management Oversee daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a clean, functional, and productive work environment. Manage building maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships, and service contracts. Coordinate space planning, office moves, furniture layouts, and workplace improvements. Monitor facility budgets, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, access control) operate reliably and efficiently. Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and compliance programs. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Lead emergency preparedness planning, including drills, training, and documentation. Maintain regulatory compliance with applicable standards and reporting. Provide EHS training and guidance to employees and managers. Security & Access Control Oversee physical security systems, including access badges, visitor management, and surveillance. Partner with IT and HR on security protocols, incident response, and policy enforcement. Manage relationships with security vendors and guard services (if applicable). Monitor and improve security procedures to protect employees, assets, and facilities.
