The Regulatory Training team within the Bank’s Compliance Department provides support for the central development and implementation of global bank-wide mandatory regulatory training. This training helps mitigate Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime and other non-financial risks the bank faces and addresses applicable regulatory, legal or internal requirements. You, as part of the Admin team, would be responsible for the population builds and deployment of predominantly on-line training courses to Bank staff through the Learning Management System (LMS). You would also be involved in all associated tasks to help support staff with their mandatory learning requirements.

Your key responsibilities
7. Building populations in excel and managing staff exclusions for all course deployments
8. Deploying eLearning to all staff through the Bank’s LMS
9. Ensuring all new joiners are assigned training relevant to their role, division and location
10. Responding to global staff queries in a timely manner, escalating where appropriate
11. Maintaining all key documentation on the team SharePoint site
12. Following all existing processes and identifying streamlining opportunities
13. Carrying out other ad-hoc administrative tasks on request
Your skills and experience
14. Microsoft Office, including intermediate-advanced Excel
15. Experience of Training/Learning Management System beneficial
16. German language beneficial but not essential
17. Excellent communicator
18. Excellent attention to detail
