The Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This is a commission-based, full-time, on-site role based in the Manchester area. You will play a key role in expanding our international reach by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the academy’s commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Promote postgraduate dental education pathways (including ORE, GDP, and advanced training)
* Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business strategy
* Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiativesDeliver excellent customer service throughout the candidate journey
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong interest or experience in business development or sales
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Analytical mindset with basic financial and market awareness
Desirable
* Dental or healthcare background (especially international dental graduates)
* Familiarity with ORE, GDP pathways, or postgraduate dental education
* Experience using CRM systems or business management tools
