We’re looking for a Strategy & Partnerships Associate to join our high‑performing Strategy & Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and M&A, supporting high‑impact initiatives that shape H&B’s future. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, contribute to major strategic decisions, and help identify new opportunities that will accelerate our wellness mission.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate new partnership opportunities and support business case development.
* Shape strategic recommendations that drive long‑term growth.
* Maintain and update partnership and M&A trackers to ensure senior‑level visibility.
* Contribute to partnership materials, pitch documents, and pipeline discussions.
* Conduct market scanning and deliver actionable insights on emerging trends.
* Lead the initial screening and analysis of potential M&A targets.
* Support strategic projects from insight generation to recommendation‑building.
* Create clear, visually compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in London, with at least two days per week in the office.
Key Requirements
* A 1st or 2:1 degree in a field requiring analytical capability.
* Experience gained in a strategy, consulting, corporate development, investment banking, or similarly analytical environment (client facing preferable).
* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capability.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information.
* Comfortable owning workstreams and managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders.
* Proven ability to build strong working relationships and partner cross‑functionally.
* Naturally curious, commercially minded, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
