We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Team.
Position overview
As a Marketing Designer at Marmalade, you’ll work in a structured, collaborative environment where creativity meets consistency. You’ll create a wide range of assets to support our campaigns, ensuring our marketing stays fresh, engaging, and aligned with some of the world’s most recognisable IPs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to produce engaging visuals that support campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all assets when working with leading IPs.
Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns and ongoing marketing needs.
Design in-game campaign visuals, app store assets, social media content, and newsletters.
Create logos, icons, screenshots, and other store assets.
Produce promotional videos and trailers, as well as content for social media.
Design clear and engaging internal and external presentations.
Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
What You’ll Need
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
A portfolio showing your graphic design skills and creativity.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
Ability to manage multiple projects in an organised way.
Fluent English for clear team collaboration.
A genuine passion for games.
Bonus points for:
2D or concept art skills.
Previous experience in the games industry (graduates and industry entrants with strong portfolios encouraged to apply).
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for marketing.
Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS.
Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender).
Knowledge of other tools like Premiere or Unity.
