You will be supporting the whole private equity investment lifecycle: deal sourcing, deal execution and portfolio monitoring You will be part of our MidCap investment team and will work within one of Astorg's priority sectors (healthcare, technology, business services) Duration: 4-6 months Open positions and start dates: Business Services - start ASAP and from June / July 2026 Technology - start from April 2026 Healthcare - start from April / May 2026 Location: London (Fridays remote) Compensation: In line with market standards Day-to-day Responsibilities Supporting formation of investment theses on potential acquisition targets Performing research to gather information about companies of interest Conducting operational and financial modelling Preparing syntheses, analyses and memos to present businesses internally Presenting points of view on investment opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile Numerical / business degree preferred (Maths, Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, Physics, etc.), with outstanding academic track record Previous internship experience in M&A investment banking, Management Consulting or Private Equity is highly preferred Native or fluent English speaker, other European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) an advantage Strong analytical skills Good communication skills and verbal reasoning Ability to work under pressure and independently, and manage deadlines True team player Enjoys entrepreneurial environments where autonomy and initiative are encouraged Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint UK right to work preferred (pre-settlement / settlement / Visa / Citizenship)
