We’re now looking for an Income & Invoicing Officer to join our Housing Operations (Support Services) Team on a permanent basis. If you’re organised, proactive, confident with financial systems, and ready to support the smooth running of our income processes, we’d love to hear from you. About the role As an Income & Invoicing Officer, you’ll play a key role in preparing and issuing invoices for rechargeable repairs, management charges, void recharges, and other services. You’ll manage the collection of sundry and commercial debts, including former tenant arrears, ensuring credit control procedures are followed appropriately. You’ll liaise with colleagues, customers, and external partners to resolve queries, process incoming invoices for utilities and council tax, and maintain accurate records using systems such as QL and Excel. You’ll also support the wider team with administrative tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and reporting. This role is agile, with an expectation of working in our Leyland office at least 2 days per week. What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience in customer service, especially over the phone, and/or credit control Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload Confidence using Excel and financial systems for reporting and administration Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in debt management or a rent/debt collection environment Why Progress?
