Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Coordinator on a permanent, part-time contract, working 16.75 hours (3 days per week) based at Kirkriggs Court, Lour Road, Forfar, Angus. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.00 or £13.25 per hour (*based on enhanced annual leave).
We offer:

Role Overview:
You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property-related issues to tenants in Forfar, Angus, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for tenants and visitors.
Skills and Experience:
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Experience working with older people is advantageous
* Committed to promoting independent living among tenants
