Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will shine as you interact with guests and promote exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories.
Whether you already hold a lifeguard qualification or are eager to start your journey, we’ve got you covered! We will provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course, setting you up for success in this permanent role. Enjoy a variety of shifts between 8:30 AM and 9 PM, with full-time hours available.
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. If you’re a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, you’ll excel in monitoring the pool during busy times. Previous lifeguard experience is a plus, but we’re more than happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ certification.
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll sometimes supervise areas independently, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Our business operates seven days a week, and your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the pool area.
* Monitor pool activities and respond to emergencies promptly.
* Engage with guests to promote and run fun poolside activities.
* Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
