Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Account Manager include:
* Management of client enquiries and service requests ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Develop strong client relationships ensuring high retention rates
* Accurate record keeping and maintenance of client database
* Understand client requirements, business and operations to ensure optimal service delivery
* Present client pricing proposals and terms
* Liaison with other teams to fulfil client requirements
* Identify new service opportunities to broaden the client relationship
* Development of client campaigns and management of an opportunity pipeline
* Support Business Development Manager in new client acquisition and onboarding
The Successful Applicant
The successful Account Manager will be:
* Highly organised, motivated, positive and determined personality with the ability proactively problem solve and drive results
* Excellent interpersonal skills (including communication and presentation skills).
* Experience with client and prospect relationship management
* Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
* Ability to work well as part of a team; demonstrate integrity and professionalism
* Desire to acquire knowledge and learn new skills
* Have previous sales/account management experience in ideally a B2B environment
