Marketing Executive
Location: Stokesley (Hybrid with office-based work)
Contract: Full-time, Immediate start available
Salary: Dependent on experience
At Rosedene Nurseries, we pioneer early years experiences and deliver outstanding childcare to over a thousand families across the North East and North Yorkshire.
We're looking for a proactive, collaborative, and creative Marketing Executive to help drive our mission—engaging existing families and employees while attracting new ones to join the Rosedene community.
The Role:
This is a varied and dynamic role at the heart of our business. You'll develop and deliver innovative marketing plans, strengthen our communication channels, and ensure our brand continues to thrive in local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and report on multi-channel marketing plans (digital: website, email, Google My Business, SEO, social media)
* Create engaging content for social media platforms and the website
* Plan and deliver parent acquisition campaigns in target nurseries
* Support Nursery Managers with marketing activities and local initiatives
* Lead internal and external communications (business updates, recruitment posts)
* Manage parent communications and support enquiry conversion
* Organise and oversee the event calendar across nurseries
* Produce a range of creative assets (banners, brochures, videos, mailers)
* Build and manage partnerships with schools and community groups
* Work with external PR agencies to share our stories
* Monitor occupancy levels and propose marketing initiatives to address gaps
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years' experience in B2C marketing
* Willing to get stuck in & make things happen
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing and paid media
* Experience in creating and delivering engaging social content
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A self-starter with creative ideas and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
