Salary: GBP30.55 - GBP30.55 per hour + PAYE
Danny Sullivan Group is looking for a Lifting Supervisor to work with a client in Southampton area for night shifts.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Supervising all lifting operations in accordance with current health & safety legislation.
* Coordinating crane movements and lifting activities safely and efficiently across the site.
* Liaising with crane operators, slingers/signallers, logistics teams, and site management.
* Ensuring lifting plans and RAMS are followed correctly at all times.
* Conducting pre-lift checks and monitoring lifting zones for potential hazards.
* Maintaining safe systems of work throughout the duration of the shift.
* Reporting any safety concerns or operational issues to site management promptly.
Requirements
* Valid CPCS Blue Card – Crane Supervisor.
* Previous experience working as a Crane Supervisor on construction projects.
* Strong understanding of lifting operations, site safety procedures, and lifting regulations.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and available for the full duration of the assignment.
