Enterprise Architect
As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll be responsible for aligning our work in tech with our business mission, strategy, and processes as we grow our plans for a true tech enabled future.
You’ll develop enterprise-wide architecture and processes to embed strategic change that digitizes our products, creates outstanding experiences for our members, and drives our innovative tech strategy.

In this role, you'll work on innovative projects like our UK-first Affordability Index tool and help us create outstanding experiences in savings, mortgages, and more.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the creation and review of a systems capability strategy aligned with business goals. Ensuring stakeholder buy-in, capturing environmental trends, and prioritizing initiatives are key. You’ll also set policies and standards to ensure compliance and support enterprise transformation.
The role involves:
* Developing and presenting business cases for initiatives
* Supporting strategies to deliver our corporate plan
* Analyzing business models, market trends, and technology impacts
* Assessing organizational readiness for change
* Shaping business models with planning and learning-driven approaches
* Growing our Enterprise Architecture into an internal management consultancy
What we need from you
You should have significant experience in policy and strategy formation, and in building influential relationships with senior stakeholders, including industry leaders.
Additionally, you’ll need:
* Experience in decision-making for large organizations
* Expertise in policy and strategy development
* Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and related frameworks
* Familiarity with business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, event-driven IT, and analytics
* Knowledge of information management, system development life cycle, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, and IT frameworks like EA and ITIL
* Leadership skills and a drive for continuous development
* Ability to manage and mentor teams
* Effective communication skills at all levels
