Our client is a growing managed service that supports vulnerable children and young people through specialist educational programmes. Working in partnership with local authorities, parents, tutors, and teachers, they coordinate tailored learning support for children with a range of complex needs.
They are seeking a Customer Services Team leader to manage customer services coordinators and provide superb levels of client service to their stakeholders. Acting as a central hub for learner onboarding and ongoing case coordination, this role combines customer service, administration, and stakeholder management.
