Ipsen is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on innovation and specialty care. We are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Oncology team in the South of England. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for driving sales performance and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory.
Your Role
As a Key Account Manager, You Will
* Develop and execute robust territory and key account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with oncologists, urologists, and other key stakeholders.
* Deliver approved clinical and product information to support optimal patient outcomes.
* Secure hospital and regional formularies through strategic engagement and exceptional selling skills.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams to drive business success.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in science, business, or nursing (ABPI qualified).
* Proven track record in specialist/hospital sales, ideally within oncology.
* Strong understanding of NHS policies, funding pathways, and decision-making processes.
* Excellent communication, clinical knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Based in the South of England, flexibility to travel up to 80% across the London and Kent area.
