* Build and maintain professional relationships with all introductory sources.
* Generate new business to meet personal targets set by the company.
* Increase enquiries by establishing relationships with SME business introducers.
* Handle new business enquiries with turnovers between 1,000,000 and (phone number removed).
* Prepare and submit new business files to the credit committee.
* Act as an ambassador for the bank's vision to support people in life and business.

Qualifications
* A solid understanding of Invoice Finance lending and its legal implications.
* Proven technical knowledge of Invoice Finance and Asset-Based Lending.
* Experience in reading and understanding financial information and projections.
* Demonstrable experience in client and introducer relationship management.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Sound influencing and negotiation skills in a sales environment.
* High level of commercial awareness.
