Legal Operations Specialist: We are expanding our Legal Operations team and are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join us on a permanent basis. This is a key role that will support the continued growth and effectiveness of our legal function by enabling the team to focus on high-value strategic work. The successful candidate will help manage the ongoing development of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and assist with broader Legal Operations projects and initiatives. By taking ownership of key administrative, operational, and technology-focused tasks, you will help drive efficiency, innovation, and consistency across the legal team. Key Responsibilities: CLM Administration Act as the first point of contact for all CLM-related queries and provide day-to-day support. Monitor system performance, manage user access, onboard new users, and troubleshoot issues. Lead a global initiative to upload contracts into our repository, ensuring data is accurate and complete. Organize and maintain materials within the global contract repository to support legal and operational needs. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor usage metrics and platform performance. Deliver user training and handle escalations as workflows become more complex. Administrative and Operational Support Support the Legal Ops Manager on projects aligned with our broader business objectives. Help organize internal meetings and training sessions. Assist with knowledge management across platforms such as SharePoint, ensuring key documents and templates are accessible and up to date. Enable the legal team to focus on strategic work by managing key operational tasks. Occasional Responsibilities Process legal invoices and ensure compliance with agreed terms. Track legal risks and escalate issues as needed. Requirements & experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in Legal Operations, Contract Management, or Systems Administration. Familiarity with CLM tools and a strong technical aptitude for legal tech platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Experience with project management tools is a plus. Personal Attributes Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong analytical and communication skills. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Discreet and professional when handling confidential information. Proactive and solutions-focused.
