* Location: Holborn, Central London
* Rate: £20 - £23 per hour
* Duration: Minimum of 1 month (with potential for extension)
✨ Key Responsibilities:
As the Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of exceptional events. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Speaker & Stakeholder Management: Handle all communications from initial outreach to post-event follow-up.
* On-Site VIP Support: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
* Content Management: Create and maintain accurate event platform and mobile app content, ensuring timely updates.
* Website Updates: Carry out routine updates related to events on the organisation's website.
* Event Execution Support: Assist with on-site coordination, including:
- Green room management
- Slide management
- General event support
* Administrative Duties: Efficiently handle queries and support the delivery of conference dinners and social events.
️ Skills & Experience Required:
