Aftersales Manager Location: Dunstable  Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + bonus (£7,000–£10,000 OTE) Ref: 30488 We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated After-Sales Manager to join our team at our Dunstable branch. This is a hands-on, process-driven role focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes and supporting a small customer care team. About the RoleThis is not a large-scale management position. You will oversee a small team of 1–2 customer care team members, providing guidance and support to ensure after-sales cases are handled effectively. You will not be responsible for managing technicians or sales staff directly, but you will play a key role in coordinating across departments. The position centres on managing ongoing after-sales cases, ensuring customer concerns are resolved efficiently, and maintaining high standards of communication and compliance.
