We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated After-Sales Manager to join our team at our Dunstable branch. This is a hands-on, process-driven role focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes and supporting a small customer care team.
About the RoleThis is not a large-scale management position. You will oversee a small team of 12 customer care team members, providing guidance and support to ensure after-sales cases are handled effectively. You will not be responsible for managing technicians or sales staff directly, but you will play a key role in coordinating across departments.
The position centres on managing ongoing after-sales cases, ensuring customer concerns are resolved efficiently, and maintaining high standards of communication and compliance.
Aftersales Manager Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage active after-sales cases from start to resolution
2. Support and guide the customer care team with complex or escalated issues
3. Review incoming vehicle issues and determine appropriate actions
4. Liaise closely with the Sales Manager, Workshop Controller, and Parts team
