Our client are a global consultancy looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant to support their wider regulatory and compliance team.
This role focuses on ensuring all compliance, referencing, and right-to-work processes are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the consultants with general and legal compliance requirements.
* Overseeing the Right to Work process, ensuring full legal compliance.
* Leading the Due Diligence process to maintain integrity and quality across all activities.
* Supporting the due diligence team in managing diaries and following-up references.
* Auditing compliance to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
* Setting up and coordinating assessments to support onboarding and verification processes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with exposure to compliance, legal processes with a high level of attention to detail, or onboarding experience, as well as advanced experience working with Microsoft Office programs.
