Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant: ✔ Assist with personal care – including washing, dressing, and toileting ✔ Provide companionship and emotional support to residents ✔ Support with safe hoisting and mobility assistance ✔ Help with meal preparation and feeding to ensure nutritional needs are met ✔ Encourage independence and well-being in a respectful and dignified manner ✔ Work as part of a caring and professional team to deliver high-quality care What We’re Looking For: ✔ 100% commitment to enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals ✔ A Practical Moving and Handling Certificate (Essential) ✔ Previous experience in hoisting and mobility support ✔ Experience in meal preparation and feeding assistance ✔ A kind, patient, and proactive approach to care ✔ Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays Why Join Our Team?
