A private ultra-high-net-worth estate is seeking an experienced and highly professional Groundskeeper to oversee the presentation, maintenance, and seasonal care of extensive landscaped grounds and outdoor facilities.
This is a hands-on position requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and pride in maintaining a world-class private environment to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Groundskeeper:
* Daily maintenance of lawns, gardens, pathways, terraces, and estate grounds
* Planting, pruning, hedge cutting, turf care, irrigation, and seasonal landscaping
* Operation and maintenance of gardening machinery and estate equipment
* Management of outdoor cleanliness and presentation across the estate
* Monitoring plant health, soil condition, drainage, and pest control
* Supporting external contractors and specialist horticultural teams where required
* Assisting with estate setup for private events and family visits
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and discreetly
Profile for the Groundskeeper role:
* Proven experience working on high-end estates, luxury hospitality properties, or prestigious grounds
* Strong horticultural and landscaping knowledge
* High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
* Physically fit with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
* Full driving licence preferred
