Your responsibilities will include:Providing consistent 1:1 person-centred carePrompting and supporting with medicationSupporting personal hygiene and daily routinesUsing positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniquesAccompanying and assisting with activities and social outingsHelping care for her beloved pet dogAbout You:Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)Full UK Driver's LicenceConfident working independentlyExperience with mental health support, particularly self-harm, is highly preferredBackground in Autism, ADHD, and supporting challenging behaviours is desirableMore about Acuity Care GroupWe have been around for nearly 20 years so know our stuff!
