We are now looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly Guest Service Staff - Nights Member who wants to contribute to our guests having a happy and memorable stay with us.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
* Handle guests incidents, complaints, and coordinate service recovery where required in conjunction with the Manager.
* Conference & Banqueting set up, maintenance, and cleaning.
* Identify and communicate all issues (maintenance, equipment, etc.)
* Follow company control procedures in accordance with internal audit requirements.
* Know all emergency procedures confidently, including the fire manual.
* Work in partnership with the Night Manager to ensure all Nights Department objectives are fulfilled.
* Close daily business and secure the property.
* Prepare the hotel for the new day, with particular attention to cleanliness and presentation.
* Assist all departments while on shift; knowledge of bar & restaurant would be beneficial.

Experience We Are Looking For
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in a similar role and industry awareness.
* High standard of customer service skills.
* Standards driven, detail-oriented, with good planning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Micros/Opera systems.
