HR Business Partner, North West, £40k-£42k + Bonus Potential

My Client, a well established, fast paced, successful and profitable business in their niche in the Construction industry is seeking an HR Business Partner, to be based at their North West office, to support their people strategy and partner with leaders to drive business success.
As a key member of the HR team, you'll work closely with business leaders to build people capability, support talent planning, and implement HR strategies aligned with their organisational goals.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll bring expert guidance and coaching to line managers, support employee relations, and drive HR best practice throughout the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide strategic and operational HR advice to managers and senior stakeholders.
Deliver tailored HR solutions that support business needs.
Manage a range of employee relations casework.
Support and coach line managers on absence management, policy updates, and employment legislation.
Drive compliance and efficiency through regular audits and workforce planning.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement group-wide initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role in a UK business
Proven ability to manage a broad range of HR/ER issues and casework
Effective coaching and influencing skills
The ability to build relationships quickly with the Business Leaders and line managers
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS (Bamboo)
The right to work in the UK without sponsorship
Preferred:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role in a UK construction, civil engineering, or plant hire sectors
Degree-level education

Additional Info
Ad hoc, (expensed) travel, may be required across my Client's other (full nationwide coverage, England, Scotland, Wales) depots for meetings or training sessions.
WFH up to 2 days a week.
