Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Export Sales and Marketing Support to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a p ermanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits. Established since 1978, Sealey are the preferred choice for the trade within the automotive, agricultural, motorcycle, industrial and engineering market sectors. Responsibilities as our Export Sales and Marketing Support will include: Monitor in house database for inactive customers and approach customers to regenerate interest in the business and increase revenue. Handle Quotes and Enquiries, ensuring that enquiries are dealt with promptly, quotes are priced accordingly, submitted swiftly and followed up in a timely manner. Proactively identify country and sector specific leads with guidance from the Export Manager Identify and approach companies listed as Prospects but who have never ordered. Coordinate Export Department’s marketing requests with the Marketing Department. Liaise with Export Sales Managers to ensure customer requirements are met. Develop a firm understanding of freight service terminology and its operational handling. Liaise with Export Despatch Team, Finance and QC Teams to expedite order despatch. Process export orders, seeing them through from order entry to despatch and invoicing. Coordinate participation at trade shows from booth booking to delivery of goods.
