Our offering of professional tooling and machinery is specifically aimed at delivering the highest product quality possible that suitable and more than reliable enough for trade installers who require a higher level of functionality currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team working out of the company’s headquarters in Halifax, West Yorkshire. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while managing key aspects of our e-commerce operations. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, as well as play a critical role in maintaining and updating our online product catalogue, processing online orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction from order to delivery. Customer Service * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat * Assist customers with product selection, order placement, pricing, and availability * Resolve complaints or issues efficiently and in line with company policies * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment * Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and wholesale clients E-Commerce Operations * Manage product listings on our e-commerce platform (descriptions, pricing, stock levels, images) * Process online orders and liaise with relevant teams to ensure accurate fulfilment * Work with the company directors on the development of a new e-commerce website * Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and flag any issues or opportunities * Assist with uploading promotions, special offers, and seasonal campaigns * Coordinate with marketing and IT teams to improve the online customer experience Key Skills and Experience * Proven experience in a customer service or e-commerce role, preferably in a wholesale or trade-related industry * Strong knowledge or interest in tooling and plumbing fittings is a distinct advantage * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle a mix of responsibilities Benefits * Competitive basic salary of £30,000 * Competitive pension with 5% employer allowance. * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * A dynamic and supportive work environment
