We are looking for passionate Kitchen assistant and KP's, individuals who have a love of great food, drinks, people, and genuine hospitality. People with drive and ambition, who can inspire and help motivate the team and themselves whilst delivering an amazing experience for all our guests.
The Role:
To assist the Senior Chefs in the effective running of a high-volume kitchen, priding itself on our fresh food philosophy, pushing boundaries in creativity and delivery. You will be integral to the success of the business by ensuring the highest level of standards, service and quality. We want people who will break the norm when it comes being part of a team, delivering amazing food and creating a lasting impression on all our guests.
We're looking for someone who:
· Are already a kitchen assistant / KP in a restaurant or hotel known for food, style and service
· Are a passionate and forward-thinking people person
· Can demonstrate exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritising skills
· Have the desire to develop their own skills
· Have a good understanding of all dietary and legislative requirements
