About the Role: As a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons within your subject specialism, adapt your teaching to suit a range of learners, and contribute to a positive, engaging classroom experience. You will work collaboratively with staff to raise achievement and foster a love of learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students. Monitor, assess, and report on student progress. Maintain a well-managed, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Support students’ academic and personal growth. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching at secondary level; GCSE experience is preferred. A subject specialism in your chosen field (e.g. English, Science, Maths, Humanities, etc.). Excellent behaviour management and communication skills. An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
