Duties of the Panel Beater:
6. Repair and replace vehicle panels following industry-standard working methods
7. Strip and refit vehicles to high standards
8. Document work accurately using computer systems
9. Maintain high standards of quality and safety at all times
10. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
11. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Panel Beater is preferred but not essential
12. Good communication skills and a positive attitude
13. Ability to work to high standards and follow correct procedures
14. Relevant qualifications such as ATA or NVQ are advantageous but not required if you possess the necessary skills and experience
15. IT literacy is beneficial for documenting work
