We’re currently looking for a Stock & Inventory Investigator to join us initially on a 12 month basis in our Warrington depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety, across the warehouse and office environment.
In this role your day will consist of, counting stock and checking and recording any discrepancies. You will cross reference customer accounts, process credits where required and check stock dates. End to end management of returns from customers. Live investigations work from pick shorts. Follow and uphold SOX compliance.
To join us as a Stock & Inventory Investigator, you will ideally have some experience working in a similar role. You will have good IT skills, be comfortable learning new software packages and undertake training to be able to use the in-house manual handling equipment. You’ll enjoy being part of a team and have good communication skills to build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues. You’ll have an eye for detail to maintain high levels of accuracy as well as the ability to organise your work effectively. Above all you will be customer focused and be willing to learn.
