Role Overview
As an Operations Coordinator, you will facilitate effective collaboration between departments to ensure processes are followed and operate smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day client and staff interactions.
2. Coordinate with all departments to meet deadlines.
3. Collaborate closely with operations, project management, and technical services teams.
4. Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
5. Support team members and colleagues with ad hoc requests.
6. Innovate and follow operational processes.
7. Manage operational tasks from start to finish.
8. Keep real-time spreadsheets updated and accurate.
9. Use project management tools such as Trello and Zendesk to ensure process adherence across teams.
10. Draft documents, including welcome packs and agreements.
Required Competencies
1. Strong administrative skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
3. Excellent internal and external communication skills.
4. Good time management and organizational skills.
5. Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
6. Attention to detail and computer literacy.
