General Manager
We have a new exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join Daish's Hotels!
Salary: Up to £43,680 per annum depending on experience. Following a 3‑month probation period, this will increase with length of service and annual wage reviews.
Full time, on‑site only, permanent, located at BH2 5HR.

Responsibilities
* Run the hotel operations, including P&L responsibility for cost control to hit profit targets.
* Lead and motivate a dedicated team, ensuring delivery of core values (clean and comfortable accommodation, good food, great entertainment and friendly service).
* Coordinate front‑end delivery and back‑of‑house processes to enhance guest experience.
* Handle HR issues in line with company policy.
* Maintain and plan capital investment to improve product.
* Ensure compliance and manage budgets, with close monitoring and controls on cost.
* Cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays, including split shifts for key demand periods.
* Lead from the front, adopt a “can‑do” attitude and manage across situations from bingo to compliance and budgeting.
Qualifications
* Previous experience within the leisure or tourism industry.
* Strong passion for the holiday industry and customer service.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
* Experience in HR issue handling.
* Hands‑on approach with a proactive attitude.
* Capability to deliver on core values and enhance brand.
