Salary: £31,339 - £46,059 Pro Rata

(Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)

Contract: Fractional (0.3), Permanent

Required: 26th August 2026

We are seeking adaptable and creative individuals to join our team and contribute to curriculum initiatives. Not only can we offer the chance to teach successful, intelligent, and ambitious students Music Performance, but we can do so in the beautiful Cotswold setting of Cirencester. The department itself is a vibrant, supportive, and forward-thinking team; the teaching staff work together closely and have a genuine passion for the subject.

This position is a permanent part-time position to help meet the demand in teaching on the Music Provision but the ability and willingness to teach across subjects is desired. This is a great opportunity whether you are experienced, new to the profession or want to make the switch from an 11-16 school.

Candidates should have a commitment to further education and be motivated to achieve high standards in teaching and learning. The ability to work well within teams and to adapt to curriculum demands is essential. Ideally candidates should possess a good honours degree and a teaching qualification. The College is very supportive of new entrants into the teaching profession, and we are therefore willing to consider applications from graduates who are willing to undertake a supported PGDE as part of their professional development.

2. Thursday 08.30 - 11:30
3. Friday: 08.30 - 12:30

Closing date for applications: 31st July 2025

PLEASE APPLY NOW - This position will close once sufficient applications are received. We regret that due to the large number of applications we receive we are only able to contact those candidates to be interviewed.

Benefits include: Teachers Pensions defined benefit pension scheme – 28.6% college pension contribution (including life assurance), generous holidays, sick pay scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, free on-site car parking, on-site fitness suite, Refectory and Cycle to Work Scheme.
