Section 1 - Essential Criteria
* Qualifications: Recognized teaching qualification, Degree or equivalent Level 6 in Technology and Design
* Experience: Teaching Technology and Design to Key Stage 4, using diverse teaching strategies, integrating digital media
* Registration: Must be registered with GTCNI before appointment
Section 2 - Additional Essential Criteria
* Knowledge: Northern Ireland Curriculum, Safeguarding, SEND Code of Practice, digital tools, assessment methods
* Skills/Abilities: Effective classroom management, inclusive environment, collaborative working, positive relationships
* Values: Alignment with school ethos and values detailed on school website
Section 3 - Desirable Criteria
* Experience: Teaching to Key Stage 4, supporting diverse learners, monitoring progress
