HR Admin Support Apprentice About The Role We are looking for a HR Admin Support Apprentice to join our team at Dals. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in HR while supporting the smooth and efficient running of our People Services function. This role provides hands-on experience alongside formal training, leading to the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our HR processes are well‑organised, accurate, and delivered with a high level of care. You’ll assist with a wide range of administrative tasks, from maintaining employee records to supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, helping us provide an excellent experience for our colleagues across the business. We do not require previous HR experience, we’re looking for potential, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Main Duties & Responsibilities Provide day to day HR administrative support including letters, contracts, and HR data updates. Support onboarding processes such as new starter checks and induction coordination Maintain accurate employee records in line with data protection legislation Respond to routine HR queries, offering professional and timely support Assist with recruitment administration and HR project tasks Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes About You We’re looking for someone with: A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including Maths and English A genuine willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the HR profession, with a positive attitude toward building new skills and taking on challenges Communicates clearly and confidently, and is comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels Can work well as part of a team but also uses their initiative when needed What's In It For You?
