Job Description
3. Management and tracking of debtor accounts
4. Ensuring timely payments of debts
5. Processing and reconciliation of invoices
6. Dealing with payment queries
7. Providing administrative support to the finance team
8. Preparing statements reflecting the company's financial status
9. Negotiating re-payment plans
10. Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
12. Knowledge of working in a similar role - Essential
13. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
14. Strong communication and negotiation skills
15. Ability to work within a team
