Project Support Officer.
Band 4. £15.40 per hour .
Client. NHS Norfolk
Location. NNUH with cross site working.
Contract. Temporary. Full time.
You support the Digital Health team to deliver key projects across the Trust. You work closely with project managers and senior stakeholders. You keep delivery on track through strong coordination and clear communication.
What you will do.
• Prepare agendas, papers, minutes, and action logs.
• Track actions and follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documents, risks, and issues.
• Support progress and highlight reporting.
• Attend meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Support digital system rollout, including floor walking and helpdesk support.
• Communicate complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Build strong working relationships across the Trust.
• Produce accurate reports using Excel and other tools.
What you bring.
• Solid administrative experience in an office or customer focused role.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident minute taking and document control.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Clear and professional communication style.
• Interest in projects, digital, or transformation work.
• PRINCE2 Foundation is desirable.
