Location:
Picketts Lock - N9 0AT or Staines, Wraysbury - TW19 6HA
Hours:
Permanent, full-time position of 40 hours per week on a shift pattern, including days and nights.
Salary:
£14.80 to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus uplifts for nights, overtime, and call-out & standby pay.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Highways Maintenance Operative, you will support the Kier Transportation team in maintaining a safe and operational highway. Your daily tasks will include:
* Collaborating with your team to carry out tarmac and paving works, traffic management, and winter service delivery.
* Responding to emergency works and completing safety-critical tasks.
* Liaising professionally with members of the public when approached on-site.
* Following Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, ICoP, and all provided training.
* Completing required paperwork accurately and on time (e.g., PUWER checks, HAVS forms).
What We're Looking For:
This role is ideal for you if you have:
* A full UK driving licence.
* Previous experience in Highways.
* A good level of physical fitness.
* A willingness to work days or nights as required.
