Administration and Contract Support Manager
The successful Post Holder will work closely with a busy Estates Operations Team and provide an administrative and contract support service.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate meetings, prepare and distribute agendas and papers, take accurate minutes, and ensure actions are followed up within agreed timescales.
* Maintain accurate records and data across departmental IT systems.
* Support the administration and monitoring of labour management systems, contracts, service level agreements, ordering, recharging, and invoicing processes.
* Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence to maintain continuity of service.
* Analyse complex information, ensuring it is communicated clearly, accurately, and appropriately to colleagues, contractors, and external organisations.
