Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging Art & Design lessons for students of varying abilities
* Inspire and motivate students to develop their artistic skills and appreciation for art
* Assess and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events related to the arts
* Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate arts across the curriculum
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in art & design or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching Art & Design
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
