Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
* Maintain and update office records through accurate data entry and filing systems
* Prepare and organise documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
* Handle correspondence, emails, and scheduling to ensure efficient daily operations
* Assist with invoicing and financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software
* Support team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistics are arranged effectively
* Provide general clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment
Skills
* Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative procedures
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Adept at data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Good typing speed for efficient document preparation and correspondence
* Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
* Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
* Previous clerical experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism
