1st Line Support Engineer
1. London based, fully onsite
2. £300 per day inside IR35
3. 1 year contract with potential to extend
We are working with a client in the photography industry who are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their existing team and provide support to a large internal user base for both hardware and software issues across Dell and Apple devices.
Key responsibilities
4. First point of contact for any IT issues faced by internal users
5. Troubleshoot Dell & Windows issues as well as Apple for any hardware issues
6. Set up new users on accounts and configure and set up hardware for new users
Key skills
7. Experience providing support for Dell & Apple hardware
8. Experience working in a Windows environment
9. Proficient in speaking German a bonus
