Your Role
As a Siphonic Systems Supervisor, you will oversee and deliver high-quality reactive and planned maintenance services, with a focus on siphonic drainage systems. Working at height will be a regular part of the role, along with travel and flexible working patterns.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and work within teams on maintenance projects across commercial and industrial roofing
2. Safely work at height daily
3. Undertake guttering, cladding, and roofing repairs/replacements
4. Install or replace Siphonic Rainwater Outlets (RWOs)
5. Carry out repairs to siphonic drainage systems:
6. Replace blocked pipework, Swap flex-seal couplers for electrofusion sleeves, Install or upgrade system bracketry
7. Install supplementary systems (e.g., overflow spitters) to ensure compliance with modern British Standards
8. Conduct system servicing, blockage removal, and fault detection
9. Use portable devices for dynamic risk assessments and reporting on completed works
10. Communicate effectively with clients and team members
11. Represent the business professionally and take pride in quality workmanship

The Division
NSS Maintenance are a working at height contractor working throughout UK, servicing facilities management clients and the refurbishment industry alike.
Our national coverage operates from four UK depots to offer planned and reactive building fabric maintenance and refurbishment services to commercial, retail and industrial sectors. We currently employee 600 employees directly across the NSS Group and own a fully serviced truck mounted access fleet, which we use in house for reactive and planned maintenance and cleaning requests
