Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage

Escort guests to rooms and provide hotel information
*
Support the front office and housekeeping teams
*
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas
*
Assist with guest requests promptly and professionally
*
Handle deliveries and support day-to-day hotel operations
Requirements
*
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
*
Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
*
Strong communication skills
*
Physically fit (lifting luggage required)
*
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
*
Right to work in the UK
